I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website www.turnup-tickets.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), through which ticket sales services for events are provided.

  2. The Site is a platform that allows Users to purchase tickets for various events — entertainment, music, sports, cultural, and others.

  4. Contact information for the Service Provider:

  1. These Terms are available on the Site free of charge at all times, with the possibility to download or save them in a convenient format.

  2. All rights to the Site, including the logo, domain name, graphic elements, and structure, belong to the Service Provider. Use of these elements without permission is prohibited, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

  3. The Service Provider may publish advertisements or partner materials from third parties on the Site. The use of such offers is not part of the Site’s services and is governed by the respective third-party terms.

  4. Use of the Site implies that the User has read and agreed to these Terms.

  5. The Service Provider warns that using the Site may be associated with standard Internet risks (viruses, phishing, etc.). It is recommended to use antivirus software and keep your system updated.

II. DEFINITIONS

  • Service Provider / Administrator — FND Sp. z o.o., which provides electronic services through the Site.

  • User — any natural or legal person using the Site.

  • Buyer — a User who has purchased or intends to purchase a ticket.

  • Account — a personalized part of the Site available after registration.

  • Organizer — a third party responsible for organizing and conducting an event.

  • Event — any event (concert, show, festival, etc.) for which tickets are sold.

  • Ticket — a document confirming the right to participate in an Event.

  • Order — an action by the User expressing the intent to purchase a Ticket.

III. BASIC RULES OF USE

  1. To use the Site, Users must have a device with Internet access, an email account, and a modern browser that supports cookies and JavaScript.

  2. Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to distribute harmful or false information.

  3. Registering an Account is voluntary but may be required for access to certain features (e.g., order history).

IV. TICKET SALES

  1. Tickets are sold online. Each ticket has a unique code and is delivered in electronic form.

  2. After payment, the Buyer will receive the ticket as a PDF to the email address provided.

  3. One ticket grants entry to one person (unless otherwise stated in the event description).

  4. The Service Provider is not the Organizer of the event unless expressly stated otherwise.

  5. Information about the Event (location, time, participation conditions) is provided by the Organizer, who is fully responsible for its accuracy.

V. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

  1. According to applicable law, tickets for entertainment events with a fixed date are not eligible for return.

  2. If the Organizer cancels the event or changes its terms, the Organizer is responsible for any refunds.

  3. If returns or ticket exchanges are allowed, this will be indicated in the event description or communicated via email.

VI. DATA PROTECTION

  1. Users’ data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

  2. A User providing personal data of third parties (e.g., for a named ticket) must obtain their prior consent.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms become effective upon publication on the Site and may be amended by the Administrator.

  2. Any changes shall take effect no earlier than 14 days after notifying Users.

  3. A User who does not accept the new Terms has the right to stop using the Site and delete their Account.

  4. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

  5. If the User is a consumer, the special provisions of Polish consumer protection law shall apply.
